Heritage is developing a medical plaza that will house up to 10,000 sqft of medical space on 1.8 acres in downtown Marble Falls. We are looking for a synergistic tenant/partner interested in 1,600 sqft up to 5,000sqft

Our anchor tenant will lease the entire 5,000 sqft of building 1. They are growing their active patient base at an average clip of 18% per year, in 2023 they accounted for 4,000 active patients. The group is comprised of three local dentist that are at the top of their field. All partners are local to the area, they serve the area as professionals, coaches, parents and pillars of their community.

 We have completed most of our pre-development activity and will start building in January of 25 to open in January of 26 or earlier if at all possible.
